Dr. Pandoff has completed the ASCT research report on the phenomena known as "plowing".  The research project was requested by ASCT in January 2007 and has now completed.

There have been bi-monthly undates on findings but with the conclusion of the project the entire report has now been presented to the certification board members for review and determination of what should be incorporated into training and education programs for K9 handlers and trainers.

The research report is volumous and exhaustive.  Dr. Pandoff has made himself available to the certification board for questions and explanation of particulars.

Though not likely to publish the entire report ASCT attorneys will also make the decision of copyright and publication of portions of the material based solely on the material itself and how the material lends itself to advancing K9 ability and knowledge.

The next step is for each of the certification board members to thoroughly review the material, formulate questions, propose the questions for answers and clarification, and then structure usable information into manuals, classes, and instruction.

ASCT will notify the webmaster when information is available.
